You have to train under the formal theoretical training program and your will be guide by a person or an expert Phlebotomist which assign and approve by National Occupational Standard Department. After you finish the training, the important to do is to gain experiences from the real project, to drain somebody’s blood and make a good analysis on it. It is not an automatic that you will get a job after this training, you have to apply and show your training certificate to one of the local hospital in your city. After they accept your application form, the high Phlebotomy salary will not be a dream anymore.
